If the player is caught on the last day, one of 4 “game over” cutscenes will play, including being attacked by the grandmother in the basement, being hit by the car in the garage, or having his head cut off by the guillotine in the backyard and fall into a bear trap through the weak attic floor. The player can defend against Granny by shooting her with the crossbow, having her step on an ice trap, trapping her in the sauna for a while, or shooting her with the shotgun to eliminate Granny as a threat for a period of time (2 minutes on Easy, 1 minute on Medium, 30 seconds on Hard, and 15 seconds on Extreme. An additional 30 seconds can be added if Granny gets shot with the shotgun in Nightmare mode).

It’s really a nice horror game because it creeps me out how an old granny could hear very well and is like a zombie. However while I’m trying to escape the house I couldn’t really find tons of things to unlock the door, like the padlock key or master key, and hammer.
