Junior iOS Developer
QBXNet is a Swiss-based startup incubator headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. We work closely with our entrepreneur clients to carry out exploratory and exciting projects in the fields of web, mobile and AR/VR. Our goal is to offer a platform to implement business ideas quickly and with excellent quality.
For our development centre in Lahore, we are looking for an excellent junior iOS developer to join our existing team and help them develop amazing iOS apps. You will be part of the projects, from collaborating with design and architecture to testing and maintenance in our diverse portfolio of work – but your greatest contribution will be in the development work itself. To be successful and have fun in this position, you need to be a team player with a strong background in iOS development and a creative mindset.

Primary Responsibilities
Build top-notch iOS apps with a strong focus on UI/UX for a wide range of use cases
Understand the business logic and focus on customer user experiences
Delivering high-quality engineering designs with outstanding functionality and performance
Improve functionality, find bugs and create new features for our apps
Work agile and creatively as a team with our designers, backend development team and project managers
Setting the next standard for user interfaces through research and continuous education
Familiarize yourself with the latest technology (e.g. sending apps for the Apple Watch)
Help us grow and nurture our amazing team
Requirements
1+ years of iOS app development experience
Good eye for developing a UI/UX that works well on any iOS device
Knowledge of memory management and continuous integration
Excellent understanding of the Objective-C language and the Cocoa framework
Networking, local data caching and multithreading capabilities
Good problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
